Facility/Capacity

Our facility features a ballroom with a seating capacity of 175, breathtaking views, and a large walk-out deck.  The ballroom can be rented during the day or evening.  There is an adjoining sunroom that can seat 40 people.  This increases our capacity to over 200.

 

In addition, our dining room has a seating capacity of 60.  This room includes a fireplace and has all the amenities of the ballroom, complete with a private walk-out deck, in a cozier setting.  Since this room is also our restaurant, it can only be rented in the morning or afternoon.

 


 

Deposit/Booking

Should you desire to have your function at Spring Hill, we require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your date.  The final guarantee of guests attending is needed 7 days prior to the event.

Large Banquet Room:

over 100 persons - $300

under 100 persons - $400

 

Dining Room (available days until 4pm, Mon & Tues available all day & night):

Capacity 60 persons - $300

 

Sunroom:

Capacity 40 persons - $200

 

 

Room Setup/Cleanup - Complete set up and clean up charges are included.
Linen - We include linen in a wide variety of colors.
Table Settings - All tableware is china, glass and silverware.
Bar - A fully stocked bar with certified bartenders to serve your guests.

Decks - Each room has its own deck with tables & chairs for smoking, conversation, photos and relaxation.

Waitress Service - Tableside service to assist all guests.

Podium - Available upon request.
