Duck and Lobster Egg Rolls with Napa cabbage, green onion, ginger, garlic served with a spicy plum sauce

Second Course
Butternut Squash Bisque

Third Course
Pomegranate, avocado salad with mixed greens and honey champagne vinaigrette and candied spiced almonds

Fourth Course
Spinach and mushroom stuffed beef tenderloin with a port wine sauce


Herb rubbed Salmon with a citrus Buerre Blanc Both served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables

Chicken or Vegetarian option maybe substituted

Lemon Fresh Berry Trifle
