Ballroom

Larger groups will find our Ballroom to be a modern and spacious venue with spectacular views of the Maine countryside, and access to our large walkout deck.

Knight's Pond Room

Medium-sized and smaller groups will find our Knight's Pond room spacious, comfortable and flexible, with exclusive views of the waterfront, walkout deck, and a large fireplace.

Capacity: 60 guests (minimum 40)

Sunroom

Smaller groups will enjoy the intimacy and comfort of our Sunroom, featuring wraparound panoramic views, flexible layout options, and access to our walkout deck.

Price: $400
Capacity: 50 guests (minimum 40)

Included Services

  • Setup & Cleanup: All tables fully set up with china, glassware and silverware. Cleanup charges included.
  • Linens and Things: Table settings include your choice of linens, and seasonal room decorations.
  • Bar: A fully stocked bar with certified bartenders to serve your guests. Your choice of open or cash bar.
  • Deck: Private walkout access to our deck, with tables and chairs for conversation and relaxing.

Deposit and Booking

Should you desire to have your function at Spring Hill, we require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your date. The final guarantee of guests attending is needed 7 days prior to the event.

Our ballroom is available for larger events; smaller groups will find our other function spaces a perfect fit.

Our Sunroom is ideal for bridal showers and baby showers. Friends and family will be able to relax, spread out and mingle, and have room for lots of gifts and delicious food and drink. We'll work with you to make the menu and our facility just perfect for your theme, your guests, and your budget.

Spring Hill has a long history of local community support, and we strive to serve our community by sharing our facility, our services, and our time, for causes that are important to us. If you're looking for a location for your charity auction, fundraiser, dinner-dance, or a larger outdoor event for your non-profit organization, Spring Hill is an excellent, flexible and affordable choice. Spring Hill proudly hosts the annual Pumpkinman Triathlon .

Spring Hill has been hosting company picnics in Maine for 50 years. Our 60 acres of rolling meadows, pine groves, and waterfront with private beach offers an unmatched venue for a relaxing, fun company picnic or event. Our menus and all of our services can be custom-tailored to your needs. From hot dogs and hamburgers to Maine lobster and steaks, we can accommodate any taste. We'll work with you to customize our grounds and services to suit your preferences and your organization.

Spring Hill is a popular local choice for proms, dances, and reunions. Our large ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests, and our on-site catering can be custom-tailored to your theme.
